Tony has been architecting and coding internet-deployed applications for the last 11 years. He has extensive experience with the entire web application technology stack, with a particular focus on the Java middle tier.
Tony has authored a number of papers and presented on technology topics around the world, and has led development teams of all sizes and purposes. He resides in the Lehigh Valley, PA, where he enjoys his day job at Trifecta Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer, and works in his spare time as Principal Technologist here at Altus Technologies.
Tony founded and incorporated Altus Technologies in 2006 as a loose consortium of programmers doing fun programmer stuff, with a particular focus on user-generated content. Initial efforts have yielded TheUniversityReview.com, TheWorkReview.com, and OnTheJury.com.
In his spare time Tony enjoys amateur high-power rocketry, most technology-related stuff and traveling with his wife and son.
Jacob is a developer and student of interaction as it relates to both relationships and human-machine interfaces. He has been working with Web-based Java applications for the past six years and has gained extensive knowledge of legacy systems, database architecture, current MVC Web architecture patterns and consistent, usable interfaces.
Jacob resides in Blue Bell, PA, and works at BrickSimple, LLC in Dublin, wearing many hats. He joined Altus Technologies as a developer in 2007, became a partner in 2008 and is currently working to invent and develop “The Very Best Applications PossibleTM."
When he’s not working, he enjoys reading, music, spending time with friends and family, and making progress towards that ever elusive goal of a better golf game.
